MEET SCARLETT

Scarlett has been an ISSA-certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist for more than 10 years, and has taught pilates, barre and kickboxing for the last 17 years.

During the early years of Scarlett’s career, she competed on a national level in all genres of dance, winning many titles. She also had the honor of dancing multiple summers with the Kirov Russian Ballet. In addition, Scarlett has competed in the NPC bikini competition circuit, taking home the overall win.

​

Scarlett has applied her many years of dance and fitness experience and education to create a personalized conditioning program for dancers of all genres, and finds joy in tapping her wide array of fitness experience to develop unique programs that help improve the body and mind for her clients.

MEET TY

Tyrone is certified as an ISSA-certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist who specializes in Strength and Sports Conditioning. He is a former collegiate athlete who attended Morehead State University on a full football scholarship. He went on to further his education at Robert Morris University, earning a Master's degree in Instructional Leadership.

Tyrone has spent the last 20 years as an athletic sports coach. He also competed in the NPC circuit and won many titles.

 

Tyrone has taken his wealth of sports knowledge and created programs that strengthen and enhance the performance of any athlete. He strongly believes that variety is the key to optimizing your athletic achievement and exceeding your fitness goals.
