Fit4life Services is a full service fitness facility that focuses on a holistic approach to overall health and well-being. The company has been in operation for 10 years and started with the vision of providing knowledge to the Pittsburgh community about combating curable illnesses that have hit epidemic proportions nationwide.
Obesity, high blood pressure, and heart disease are stress related conditions that can be minimized by making healthy lifestyle choices. With that awareness, Fit4life is dedicated to providing overall fitness by focusing on strength, endurance, flexibility, and nutrition. Along with these core components, we also specialize in sports specific training, speed/agility enhancement, ballet and dance strength conditioning, as well as body building competition preparation.
With personal goals at the forefront of every individualized program, the success rate is optimized. We accomplish these services through private and/or semi-private personal training sessions. We offer multiple options where our client's workouts can be facilitated. Whether its from our Fit4Life studio, in home, or virtually we will efficiently maximize and energize our client's time.
MEET YOUR Trainers
Scarlett has been an ISSA certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist for over 10 years. She has been teaching Pilates/yoga and kickboxing for the last 17 years. She also danced and competed on a national level in all genres of dance, winning many titles over the past 15 years. Scarlett also danced multiple summers with the Kirov Russian Ballet. She has applied her many years of dance and fitness experience to create a personalized conditioning program, specifically for dancers of all genres. Scarlett has also been successful in the NPC bikini competition circuit and took home the overall win. Whether your goal is to kick start a healthy lifestyle or implement a strength and stretching regimen to enhance your dancing abilities, MsFit Scarlett is the right trainer for you.

Tyrone is certified as an ISSA Personal Trainer and Nutritionist who specializes in Strength and Sports Conditioning. He is a former collegiate athlete who attended Morehead State University on a full football scholarship. He went on to further his education and received his Master's degree in Instructional Leadership from Robert Morris University. He has spent the last 20 years as an athletic sports coach. He also competed in the NPC circuit and won many titles. Ty has taken his wealth of sports knowledge and created programs that will strengthen and enhance the performance of any athlete. He strongly believes that variety is the key to optimizing your athletic achievement and exceeding your fitness goals.
