Tyrone is certified by AFPA as a Personal Trainer, Strength and Sports Conditioning Trainer, and Nutritionist. He is a former collegiate athlete who has spent the last 20 years as an athletic sports coach and personal trainer. Ty specializes in weight loss, strength training, fitness competition prep and group fitness sessions. He has a strong belief that fitness is a journey and through adaptation and variety is the key to achieving your fitness goals.

Scarlett has been an ISSA certified personal trainer for 10 years. She has been teaching Pilates/yoga and kickboxing for the last 17 years. She also danced and competed on a national level in all genres of dance winning many titles for the past 15 years. Scarlett also danced three summers with the Kirov Russian Ballet. Scarlett has also won her division in NPC bikini competition and took home the overall win.
